Pricing

Priced per workspace, not per agent.

Every plan includes the whole product — tickets, chat, voice, the user vault, shifts, coverage, payroll, reporting and the full audit trail. Plans differ on capacity, not capability.

Questions

Do I pay for each agent?

No. Plans are priced per workspace with an included number of team members, so adding people for a busy period does not change your bill until you pass the capacity of your plan.

Is the whole product really in every plan?

Yes. Tickets, chat, voice, the user vault, shifts, coverage, payroll, reporting and the audit trail are in every plan. Higher plans add capacity, and the Review Bridge.

Does it pay my staff directly?

Payroll is calculated and tracked in ControlHub — pay periods, overtime, deductions and approved payout batches. The transfer itself runs through your bank today, and the reference is recorded against the batch.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your plan pauses to read-only rather than deleting anything. Your records and history stay where they are.
