Tickets
Client issues arrive in separate product queues.
Use case · Support agencies
When an agency supports several client products, tickets are only part of the operation. The team also needs clear ownership, client-specific access, dependable coverage and a record of the hours behind the work.
Talk through your support setupWhere agency operations get fragmented
A support lead may have tickets in one system, client context in another, and shifts in a spreadsheet. That makes it harder to answer practical questions: which client owns this issue, who is allowed to work it, who is covering the queue, and what work was completed?
Client issues arrive in separate product queues.
Agents need clear assignment and client access.
Leads need to coordinate shifts with the workload.
Managers need a consistent audit and activity trail.
Built for your next stage
Start with the essentials, then bring more clients, agents and operational structure into the same workspace as your support organization grows.
Starting out
Give a small support team one place to receive tickets, assign ownership and keep track of the work as the first client accounts come in.
Growing
Keep each client queue and team assignment clear while more agents, support hours and client websites are added to the operation.
Operating at scale
Coordinate client-specific access, coverage teams, shifts, time records and management oversight across a broader support organization.
A connected support workflow
01
Each client product connects to ControlHub through its backend. New support tickets arrive directly in the workspace instead of being copied between inboxes or forwarded by hand.
02
Tickets stay associated with the client product they came from. Team permissions and client access work together so an agent can be limited to the clients they are assigned to.
03
Agents review, assign, prioritize, discuss and resolve tickets in a shared workflow. Chat, voice and attachments can stay connected to the issue being handled.
04
Managers can work with shifts, coverage teams and time logs alongside support operations. Payroll is calculated and tracked from recorded hours; the actual bank transfer is handled through your bank.
Before you evaluate
Yes. ControlHub is designed for a support team that works across multiple client products. Each client site connects to the workspace, and its tickets stay linked to that product.
Access can be scoped by both role permissions and assignment to a specific client product. Both checks are applied to tenant-owned work.
No. ControlHub calculates and tracks pay periods, hours, overtime, deductions and approved payout batches. The transfer itself runs through your bank, and its reference can be recorded against the batch.
